Does This Sound Like You?

  • You constantly second-guess yourself in your relationships, wondering if you're overreacting or being too sensitive.

  • You feel emotionally drained after spending time with certain people, but you're not sure why.

  • You’ve tried to “be the bigger person,” but it only seems to make things worse.

  • You worry that setting boundaries might come off as unkind—or even un-Christian.

  • You pray for clarity and change but still feel stuck in confusion and guilt.

  • You’re tired of walking on eggshells, but afraid of what might happen if you stop.

  • You want to live in peace, confidence, and alignment with God’s truth—but you don’t know where to start.

You don’t have to carry this alone—healing is possible, clarity is coming, and God is ready to walk with you every step of the way.

Wouldn't it be great if you could...

Trust Your Own Judgement Again

Narcissistic abuse can make you doubt your own voice and lose sight of the truth. But God never stops speaking, and His Spirit still lives in you. Inside the Relationship Clarity Membership, you’ll be reminded that your intuition is not broken—it’s being restored. Through Christ-centered teaching, trauma-informed tools, and a supportive community of women, you’ll learn to recognize God’s voice, honor the wisdom He’s placed within you, and make decisions with courage and peace.
You’ll stop asking, “Is it me?” and start standing in the confidence that comes from walking in truth with God by your side.

Set Boundaries Without Guilt — With God's Guidance

God did not create you to be endlessly drained, controlled, or dismissed. He calls you to live in truth and peace—and sometimes, that begins with a boundary. Inside the Relationship Clarity Membership, you’ll learn how to set healthy, Spirit-led boundaries that honor both God and yourself.
Through Christ-centered lessons, emotional healing tools, and compassionate support, you’ll be equipped to say “no” without shame, protect your peace without apology, and trust that honoring your limits is not selfish—it’s sacred.
You can set boundaries with love and strength, knowing God walks with you every step of the way.

Rebuild Your Self-Worth with Truth

Narcissistic abuse tears down your sense of identity, but God’s truth gently rebuilds what was lost. You are not what they said about you—you are who God says you are: chosen, loved, and worthy.
Inside the Relationship Clarity Membership, you’ll uncover the lies that kept you small and replace them with God’s Word and unshakable truth. With guided lessons, scriptural encouragement, and a supportive sisterhood, you’ll begin to see yourself clearly again—not through the lens of shame, but through the eyes of grace.
Healing starts when you stop striving to be “enough” and rest in the truth that you already are.

Have We Met?

Hi, I'm Kate.

I'm a Christian life coach and founder of Known and Loved Coaching.

I help women just like you step out of confusion and emotional exhaustion and into clarity, confidence, and Christ-led peace in their relationships.

I specialize in guiding women through the fog of toxic patterns and into the light of God’s truth. I believe that emotional safety, strong boundaries, and healthy connection are not just possible — they’re God’s will for your life.

This program was born out of my passion to walk alongside women who feel like they’re walking on eggshells, questioning their worth, or carrying the weight of someone else’s dysfunction. You don’t have to stay stuck. You can move forward — with wisdom, with strength, and with God leading the way.

I’d be honored to walk with you on this journey.

Have You Ever Wondered...

Why you keep second-guessing yourself?
Why setting boundaries feels so hard—even when you know it’s right?
Why you feel stuck, even though you’ve tried to move on?

You’re not alone. So many women recovering from narcissistic abuse carry silent wounds and deep questions. Inside the Relationship Clarity Membership, we gently explore these questions with God’s truth, trauma-informed tools, and a supportive, faith-filled community.
Healing begins when you stop wondering what’s wrong with you—and start discovering what’s been stolen, and what God is ready to restore.

Just Imagine the Possibilities

Just imagine what it would feel like to wake up without that constant heaviness in your chest—the second-guessing, the tension, the fear of saying or doing the wrong thing. Imagine trusting yourself again, knowing what’s yours to carry and what’s not. Picture yourself setting boundaries without guilt, speaking up with confidence, and finally feeling safe in your own skin. What if you could walk into a room without shrinking, love others without losing yourself, and actually believe what God says about you? This kind of peace, clarity, and strength isn’t just for other people—it’s for you too. And it’s closer than you think.

I Bet You Didn't Know...

I bet you didn’t know that some of the emotional exhaustion you feel isn’t from being “too sensitive” or “too emotional,” but from carrying burdens God never asked you to carry. When you constantly second-guess yourself, walk on eggshells, or shrink to avoid conflict, it’s often a sign of manipulation or unhealthy dynamics—not personal failure. God sees the full story, and He’s not calling you to endure mistreatment—He’s calling you to healing, discernment, and strength rooted in Him.

I bet you didn’t know that Jesus cares deeply about your emotional wounds—and He wants to heal them, not just forgive sins or fix behaviors. Throughout Scripture, we see Him pause for the hurting, speak gently to the ashamed, and defend the dignity of the overlooked. His healing wasn’t just physical—it was emotional and spiritual too. The same Jesus who restored sight to the blind and calmed the storm is still able to restore your peace, your voice, and your sense of self. You’re not too broken or too far gone—He is still in the business of mending hearts.

I bet you're wondering...
